1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the AI Marketplace platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Platform Purpose
The AI Marketplace is a national digital platform that facilitates introductions between organisations seeking AI solutions and verified AI solution providers. The platform does not constitute endorsement, procurement, or contracting by the Ministry of Information Technology, Communication and Innovation (MITCI).
3. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
4. Provider Listings
AI solution providers are responsible for the accuracy of their solution listings, including descriptions, capabilities, compliance declarations, and deployment information. The platform reserves the right to remove or unpublish listings that are found to be inaccurate or misleading.
5. Problem Submissions
Organisations submitting problem statements consent to their information being shared with matched AI solution providers for the purpose of facilitating engagement.
6. Limitation of Liability
The AI Marketplace is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The platform operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform or from engagements between users and providers facilitated through the platform.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
